Join our Senior Instructor, Heather Mylan-mains as she presents Developing a Business Analysis Approach:

A highly interactive workshop that helps you assess analysis situations, interpret the information at hand, and ask the right questions so that you can determine the most appropriate approach(s) and course(s) of action to make your requirements definition as efficient and effective as possible.

Participants are given a scenario in which they work in teams to define their approach for elicitation and analysis. A checklist is provided to rate their approach, revise, and present a final analysis approach. The Considerations for Analysis Checklist is an excellent Job Aid and will become an invaluable tool for use on future projects to improve your analysis approach. This workshop is appropriate for new and advanced audiences. However, students should be familiar with a variety of analysis skills and techniques.
