Our Business Analyst Apprentice Program is not an Internship. It has been established to identify individuals with the potential and aptitude for excellence in business analysis. We select apprentices that will be the right fit for your organization. While working with your team the apprentice is assigned to highly skilled mentors from B2T Training to learn the complex discipline of business analysis. At the end of the apprenticeship term, organizations have the option to hire the apprentice.
Extensive vetting process to select talented individuals that have potential to become excellent business analysis professionals. Screening process to appropriately match the best candidate for your organization.
B2T Training experts will train apprentices on analysis skills and techniques, software development, agile and other methodology approaches, and professional etiquette.
B2T Mentor will accompany the apprentice during the on-boarding process to provide a smooth and supportive transition into the Client environment.
A pool of mentors will be assigned to each apprentice to provide support with their projects on an ongoing basis.
Mentors will conduct site visits to review performance and the quality of the apprentice.
