Anne Harkins,

Anne Harkins has more than 12 years of training and consulting experience in application development; including requirements definition, logical data and process modeling, facilitated sessions, and modeling tools. She has over 18 years of information technology experience with 5 years as a programmer, business analyst, and project manager. In addition to her classroom instruction, she helps develop course curriculum, performs executive briefings for clients, mentors clients with logical data modeling and business analyst's techniques, and volunteers at schools to help with their computer programming classes.

"Anne does an excellent job presenting the material and bringing real life examples into the class. I appreciate Anne's knowledge base and experience. It added tremendous value to the course."

"Great job! Always does an excellent job of taking theoretical concepts and making them very real and tangible for those in the trenches."

"Anne is a great instructor and creates a great learning environment! She works the room well and keeps my attention.  She gave me personal advice on specific questions about issues I was having at work.”

"We learned a great deal from Anne. Having people in one room from different teams hearing same message was invaluable. This will lead to many improvements to help make us stronger BAs. Best four day investment we have made in years."

"Enjoyable, motivating Class! Very timely and appropriate. Provided tools and thought processes to aid analysis. Filled in many cracks for me and gave me ideas. Can't wait to put it to use."
