Olya Broadwell has a strong technology background balanced with marketing and entrepreneurial experience. Over the last ten years Olya has provided training in the areas of business analysis and modeling, and conducted many pre- and post-sales seminars. Her twenty years of industry experience includes actuarial, telecommunications and defense companies, internet product providers, and software development companies. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA with majors in Computer Systems Management and Finance. She has a unique balance of technology and business experience to share with her students.

Olya's training style is very engaging and comfortable. Her students consistently rate her as excellent in the areas of presentation, knowledge of the materials, ability to answer questions, and the ability to establish a favorable learning environment. She has been very involved in the development of our Business Analyst Certification program and has enhanced the materials based on classroom and real world experiences.
