  • Determine criteria for prioritizing the product backlog
  • Risk management for agile projects
  • Time management for the agile BA
  • Exercise: Prioritize product backlog

User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

  • Learn to write user stories and other requirements needed
  • Discuss other techniques to ensure complete requirements
  • Discuss the aspects of unit testing and UAT. Discuss scenarios and what may be required of the BA
  • Exercise: Creating user stories
  • Exercise: Simulate a day in the middle of a Sprint  with changes being introduced at the daily standup
