With over 18 years experience in management consulting and human resources, Fonda Emigh Mangino has worked with Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young and Mercer. Her background is primarily in the energy, transportation, and manufacturing industries. There she focused on executing business change, project/program management, business analysis, requirements and design, as well as methodology development and deployment.

Fonda received her Bachelor's degree in Communications from Fort Hays State University and her Master of Education from Texas Woman's University. Some of her certifications include ITIL, CPF, and SPHR.

Fonda is passionate about helping people learn techniques and tools that will work for them in their own particular business environment. Her training style is pragmatic, common-sense, and fun; peppered with lessons learned and things to think about when working with systems and business organizations.
