Our training program focuses on business analysis—only. We bring over 15 years experience in business analysis to our course curriculum and believe that the Business Analyst role is distinct from Project Management and requires focused training in this discipline. B2T Training is considered an industry expert in business analysis and our leaders and instructors are often invited to share their expertise by presenting at business analysis conferences and IIBA events.

Experience
B2T Training instructors are certified Business Analysts and they possess a minimum of 10 years business analysis experience. We believe that business analysis training must be delivered by experienced and practicing Business Analysts who have focused their career in this highly-specialized field. It takes a Business Analyst to understand the challenges facing other Business Analysts and to help them overcome those challenges through proven techniques, methodologies, and approaches.
