B2T Training's Certification Program

B2T Training's certification program is more than simply a series of classes. We believe that a certified Business Analyst should exhibit real-world knowledge and experience.

B2T Training is excited to announce that we have enhanced our certification program by adding a new knowledge recognition level and streamlining the final certification exam. Enhancements to the program reflect feedback from our certified students and customers. The program will continue exhibiting high quality standards that test a Business Analyst's ability to apply knowledge and skills in real-world circumstances. Our certification program is based on the essential business analysis skills covered in our three core courses.

The BA Associate™ is a certificate program that recognizes Business Analysts who possess foundational knowledge of business analysis topics and skills taught in our three core courses. It is designed for new and experienced Business Analysts. Obtaining the BA Associate certificate requires students to pass all three online proficiency area exams of our three core courses. Topics covered in the BA Associate align with the BABOK™ and meet minimum requirements to help prepare Business Analysts for the IIBA certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional).

Upon completion of the BA Associate, you will be congratulated with a certificate recognizing your achievement and, with your permission you will be listed on our website using the B2T Training certification directory as a BA Associate.

After obtaining the BA Associate certificate, students are qualified to work toward BA Certified™. BA Certified is an elite certification that recognizes individuals who possess proven skills, knowledge, and experience in eliciting, organizing, analyzing, documenting, communicating, and verifying requirements. Becoming BA Certified consists of earning the BA Associate certificate, possessing two years of business analysis experience, providing two professional references, and passing a final exam. The case-study-based final exam consists of developing portions of a requirements package and answering questions about the requirements.

Upon completion of BA Certified, you will be congratulated with a custom-mounted certificate and lapel pin verifying your achievement. Being BA Certified entitles you to use the BA Certified logo on your business cards and stationery and to use our organization as a reference. B2T Training stands behind your certification and will be happy to verify your accomplishments. With your permission, your certification can also be verified easily on our website using the B2T Training certification directory.

Experienced Business Analysts may test out of any of the core courses. Additionally, study guides are available for our core courses. These study guides are ideal for experienced Business Analysts or for students who have taken the core courses and wish to further prepare for the final certification examination.
