Great class! Olya is obviously very knowledgeable. I noticed that she ‘practiced what she preached’ as far as presentation & communication do’s and don’ts. Very personable, entertaining & informative.
Olya is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had. Knowledgeable, experienced, well-spoken, interesting and engaging with a wonderful personality. Bravo!
Excellent instructor, very personable, fair, and engages all students.
Olya is very knowledgeable about the material & is interested while teaching (not bored) even though she has probably taught this class 1000 times or more. Good real life examples. Presented criticism in a positive manner.
Great job. This class was very informative and Olya was able to pull a plethora of personalities into many group conversations with no squabbles.
Olya did an excellent job of customizing the training to address our questions and our biggest needs rather than sticking to the material in the book.

Very good! Since Ali has been a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Programmer, she brings an overall picture for the Business Analyst. I would recommend her to others.
Ali was excellent. I am impressed with her patience in dealing with our questions and comments. Her knowledge is off the chart. Her presence is very professional without being too abrasive. Her presentation-how she delivered the information-was understandable, clear, concise. For someone who has a hard time paying attention to lectures, I didn’t drift off once.
Very personable and easy to understand. Willing to break down concepts in different views for students to understand.
I felt that Ali did a great job of presenting a ‘recommended’ approach without necessitating that solutions were incorrect. We had a great learning atmosphere where everyone was prepared to ask questions and challenge solutions. Great Job!
Ali is a fabulous trainer. She is very knowledgable and loves BA work therefore making her a very enthusiastic instructor.

So nice to be taught by someone who has real life experience and not someone “trained to be a trainer.”
Kent does an excellent job of sharing his own project experiences with the situations the classroom presented to explain Agile in a practical, concise manner.
