Olya Broadwell has a strong technology background balanced with marketing and entrepreneurial experience. Over the last ten years she has provided training in the areas of business analysis and modeling, and conducted many pre- and post-sales seminars. Her twenty years of industry experience includes actuarial, telecommunications and defense companies, internet product providers and software development companies. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pa. with majors in Computer Systems Management and Finance. She has a unique balance of technology and business experience to share with her students.

Kathy Claycomb brings nearly 20 years of IT experience to the classroom. She has participated in all phases of application development across a wide variety of platforms, and has used numerous methodologies to analyze, design and implement systems. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and has worked in transportation, training, and software development organizations.
Kathy’s first love is teaching, and throughout her career she has always managed to spend a portion of her time instructing. She has an engaging, highly interactive teaching style that ensures students leave the course with a thorough grasp of the material. Alison (Ali) Ibarguen has 19 years of experience in various areas, including business analysis, project methodology development and training, systems development (mainframe, client-server, and web), and telecommunications management. Alison began her career in the financial services area, and then moved into systems development for accounting systems. In the late 1980s, she worked in Spain with Ernst & Young as a consultant, where she began developing and presenting business analysis and project management training in Spanish. She has provided consulting for small companies to Fortune 500 corporations.
Alison is also a partner of TEMSS (Telecommunications Efficiency Management Strategies and Services), which provides telecommunications efficiency auditing and billing analysis services to clients in all areas of business across the United States. She completed her Master of Business Administration in MIS and Accounting from the University of Georgia.

With over 18 years experience in management consulting and human resources, Fonda Emigh Mangino has worked with Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young and Mercer. Her background is primarily in the energy, transportation, and manufacturing industries. With more than 30 years of experience in all phases of systems development, Elaine combines enthusiasm for teaching with product knowledge to captivate her audience.
After receiving a Mathematics degree from the University of Georgia, Elaine began her career as a programmer in a manufacturing company. She quickly advanced to systems analyst, business analyst, project leader and instructor. Her vast industry experience includes software development, insurance, and energy companies, as well as work on government projects. She has worked with Ernst & Young as a consultant and trainer. For the past dozen years Elaine has equipped hundreds of students to handle all facets within a project life cycle.

Paul Mulvey has been involved in business analysis since 1995, achieving CBAP designation through the IIBA in 2010. He has served as the lead Business Analyst on projects in several business domains, including sales, marketing, and customer service. During his tenure at a large logistics organization, he was one of the founding members of the BA Center of Excellence, and developed the global BA competency operating model.

Angie Perris is Vice President of Client Solutions for B2T Training and has over 25 years of practical experience in software systems development, project management, client relationship management, and business analysis. Angie started her career in the information technology area as a programmer with progressive experience in other roles such as systems analyst, business analyst, project manager, program manager and management consultant. Pam Swent has 25 years of experience providing training and consulting services in all phases of systems development methodologies. Pam began her career as an instructor in a computer school and then moved into a 15-year programming career at a prominent financial institution in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Here she developed systems methodologies, trained end-users, facilitated Joint Application Development sessions and served as an internal corporate consultant on a wide variety of MIS issues. In addition, Pam wrote numerous articles and has spoken at national process modeling conferences.
In 1998, she joined Deliotte and Touche Consulting. Two years later, she formed Swent Consulting LLC which provides system development consulting and project management services to clients in the financial services sector. Today she splits her time between her consulting business and B2T Training. This allows Pam to balance the challenges of consulting with the training work she enjoys so much.
