They are experienced with a wide range of modeling and analytical tools used by business analysts to document business requirements. Additionally, they stay current by periodically providing short-term consulting services. Their in-depth experiences allow them to bring real-world examples and best practices to the classroom.

Director, Client Solutions / Sr. Business Analyst
We are seeking to expand our expert talent pool by adding an additional full-time experienced business analyst to support our largest customers. Our approach is unique in that we provide a complete solution to support organization’s business analysis improvement efforts. The Director, Client Solutions will be responsible for providing those services throughout the engagement for select customers.
The candidate should possess experience in conducting instructor-led training, mentoring individuals in business analysis, speaking at conferences or industry events, and have a proven ability to perform business analysis at an intermediate level of competency as defined by the IIBA® competency model. Possession of an IIBA® CBAP® or working towards obtaining is a huge plus.
The primary responsibilities will be:
25 – 50%
- Conduct training classes onsite at customer locations, travel required
- Provide virtual and onsite mentoring or coaching sessions for students

- Support business development efforts
- Conduct follow up interviews with customers to determine the effectiveness of prior training and other services and identify new areas of opportunities
- Develop and nurture high-level relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and influencers
Remaining job responsibilities
- Conduct lunch and learn sessions
- Speak at conferences
- Work with our in-house team to develop new products and services
- Work with marketing team to develop and implement strategic goals
- Help develop presentations, blogs, and white papers
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5-10 years business analysis experience.
- Demonstrated ability/success with conducting training sessions
- Demonstrated ability/success with conducting presentations
- Experience building long-term relationships with clients

Instructor
We are looking for an independent contractor to supplement our training staff in the area of business analysis. Candidates should have at least 10 years practical business experience with a minimum of five years performing business analysis tasks consistent with the BA Body of Knowledge™ (www.theiiba.org). Experience conducting formal classroom training sessions is required. You must be willing to travel one to three weeks per month. Experience with course development is a plus.
