Ask them what about their concerns. What do they see as the risks and what are their key requirements? You will be able to focus your efforts based on this information and demonstrate you are there to support their business needs and don't have your own agenda. You will also start to earn the stakeholders' trust which you will need for their full and active cooperation which is key to your success as a business analyst.
